We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something’s not quite right, we're here to help.
You’re welcome to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To get started, simply email us at hello@tothemoonandbackprints.com.au.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase
Please note:
- Returns must be approved by us before being sent back — unapproved returns won’t be accepted
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We don’t provide pre-paid return labels

Damages & Issues
We take great care in packing your order, using sturdy board-back envelopes to help ensure everything arrives safely. However, if your items are damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, please let us know as soon as possible.
Email us at hello@tothemoonandbackprints.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
