Custom illustrations are typically completed within 1–2 weeks. As availability is limited each month, we recommend placing your order in advance to ensure your spot is secured.
Yes, absolutely! Please send us a DM or email before placing your order so we can confirm if the photos will work well together. Ideally, both images should have similar angles, lighting, and cropping.
I want you to truly love your custom illustration, which is why I include up to 2 rounds of revisions to make sure it feels just right. To help things run smoothly and avoid delays, please provide as much detail as possible when placing your order.
Please note: Changes to the original reference photo can’t be made once the drawing has started, as this would require creating a whole new illustration from scratch.
You’re free to use your digital file however you like—print it, frame it, or even have it made into products like t-shirts, mugs, or cards. It’s yours to enjoy and use as many times as you like for personal use!
Your final illustration will be emailed to you as a high-quality PDF file, ready to print or share. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as that’s where your completed artwork will be sent. If you don’t receive it within the expected timeframe, feel free to reach out!
